1. Main uses and applicable scope of air type busbars

They have a compact structure, high insulation strength, large current transmission, good compatibility, stable electrical performance, and convenient installation and maintenance, widely used in distribution systems of industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, public facilities, etc.
2. Structure and usage environment of air type busbars
The surface treatment of the air type busbar shell is an important task, including processes such as pickling, phosphating, drying, powder spraying, and curing. The shell with a polyester epoxy powder coating has strong surface adhesion, can be maintained for a long time, and plays an insulating role.

The closed type busbar should have an insulation resistance of over 20M under normal conditions of 20°C and humidity of 50~70%.
