Dear colleagues:
Hello everyone!
In this past year, all of us employees have been able to get along harmoniously. At work, we have helped each other, guided one another, and discussed together, happily carrying out one task after another. We have worked hard together to achieve common goals, just like during the trade fair, where we worked overtime to help the company achieve better results and improve its external image. The finance department worked overtime to finalize accounts, the office worked overtime to sign contracts, and the sales department worked overtime to handle customer orders. Meanwhile, all the managers accompanied us, working overtime together, dining together, until we completed our tasks. That moment was so warm. When we encountered difficulties at work, we always united as one, brainstorming to solve problems. When urgent issues arose, other colleagues would selflessly help with tasks like copying, printing, transcribing, or binding, as much as they could. When our staff went out to handle business, other colleagues would help answer phones, receive guests, and sign contracts, among other things. It is in this atmosphere of unity and mutual assistance that we have completed one task after another.
In this past year, the company organized various recreational activities such as barbecues, outdoor survival challenges, and men's and women's basketball friendly matches. The company also held English training classes, which sparked employees' interest in learning foreign languages and created opportunities for everyone to improve their personal qualities. Through these activities, our lives have become richer and more colorful, while also enhancing the friendships among employees. The company cares about our lives and health at all times, arranging health check-ups for us, purchasing cold prevention medications, and providing herbal tea in the cafeteria, making everyone feel that the company is like a warm big family.
Everything is inseparable from the wise leadership of the company's decision-making team and the joint efforts of all employees. Here, on behalf of all employees,
