  1. Due to the butt joint installation method of air-insulated busways, the main pipeline is very convenient and flexible during installation, greatly saving installation time.

  2. The air-insulated busway adopts a separated air insulation type, improving the heat dissipation of the main pipeline and reducing impedance; the internal insulation material uses high-strength epoxy resin, enhancing the freezing prevention and thermal stability of the air-insulated busway.

  3. All current levels of air-insulated busways use a unified cover plate, with a high degree of standardization, strong replacement capability, and convenient variable interfaces.

  Air-insulated busways have a wide range of applications. Especially the compact insulated main pipelines (hereinafter referred to as main pipelines) are for AC three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, and three-phase five-wire systems, with a frequency of 50-60Hz, voltage of 400V, and rated working current of 250-5000A, mainly serving as new power distribution equipment for industrial and commercial enterprises and high-rise buildings.

  The wiring pipeline with sockets can easily lead out power branches through socket boxes or socket switch boxes. The pipeline has advantages such as small size, compact structure, large current transmission, and convenient maintenance. The main pipeline can be directly connected from the transformer to the low-voltage distribution box or directly connected from the low-voltage cabinet to the power distribution system as the distribution trunk line.

  Ensure that the main pipeline within the usage range operates normally for a long time in the following environments: altitude below 2000m, surrounding air temperature between -5 and 40 degrees, with an average temperature below 35 degrees within 24 hours; clean air, relative humidity not exceeding 50% at a maximum of 40 degrees, and high relative humidity allowed at low temperatures; for example, 90% at 20 degrees, but it should be noted that due to temperature changes, moderate condensation may occasionally occur. Pollution level is level 2, installation category is level 1; installation methods are specified in this user manual.
